The first presentations of the new Resident Evil (titled Village) have excited the entire gamer community and also a large part of the otaku public. Above all, what generated the most expectation was the figure of one of the new villains in this story: Lady Dimitrescu.
Apart from the imposing two-meter-tall vampire (many otakus have already fantasized about her), several members of her entourage stand out. These gothic ladies, who wear veils and dress in black, are also vampires who will harass the protagonist of the game, Ethan Winters (who starred in the previous installment).
To raise the cravings for the game, information was leaked shortly after that this new Resident Evil will include fan-service and risque scenes. Maybe not to the point of a God of War, but succulent enough to satisfy the fancies of Lady Dimitrescu’s fans.
‘Resident Evil Village is similar in design to a small open world, a la Metroidvania according to the team. It focuses more on exploration, with various areas connected to each other, much more so than in other Resident Evil. The game also has nudity and sexual content. '

Although these leaks are still taken as rumors, everything indicates that this installment will be the darkest and ‘mature’ of the series. Resident Evil: Village is coming to consoles and PC in May 2021.
