Five years have passed since the departure of one of the most influential directors of Nintendo. Satoru Iwata left a legacy that lives on and serves as an inspiration for many video game developers in Japan, demonstrating the wide circulation of the book entitled “Ask Iwata: Words of Wisdom,” a compendium of interviews with the iconic president of the game company.
The book, which has been exclusive to Japan since its launch, will make the leap to the West next year. Viz Media recently announced that they will be responsible for translating it and distribute it on this side of the globe. The launch is forecast for the middle of 2021, which will allow many enthusiasts to learn more about the mind of the visionary director.
