9. Ryuko Matol / I could defeat him

He can move fast enough to create images of himself. However, these techniques would not be useful against someone with similar speed and the ability to use spells with lasting effect. Although, Master Roshi is an unrivaled opponent, as he developed from a young age the sleepy child technique and his drunken punch fight, which won’t do much good when Anos confronts him with his shower of lightning from heaven.
6. Erza Scarlet / Can’t defeat
Erza, S-Class mage from Fairy Tail, best known for her magic requires her, which allows her to use specialized armor and weapons.
